Over his career Roger developed a broad skill set including corporate strategy & operation, PR & marketing, administration, risk management, cashflow management, business development, change management, coaching & staff management.  Founded real estate management company in 1989 & ran successfully for 27 years before selling the business to Savills in 2016. Now runs International residential brokerage and consultancy business along with offering High Performance Coaching services.

For 40 years Roger has worked on residential, retail, office & public sector real estate assets within the UK & overseas providing development, investment and management services. His focus has been to drive down gross to net leakage by bringing innovation and improving cash flow along with operational systems.  This results in enhanced income & capital values.  His most valued career highlight is having been the best performing partner for GE Capital, GMac & HSBC for eight consecutive years.

Savills acquired Chainbow in June 2016; integrated the systems and processes the day-to-day operations of Savills. Expanded department, delivered £1.5m of new business, exceeded financial targets in both block and multifamily management sections.

Founder, Chairman & CEO – 1989 to 2016 From 1989 to 2006,

Chainbow directly invested in over £250million of real estate asset transactions, boasting increased capital value gains of up to 23.5% and increased commercial rental income of up to 12% through its proactive management. In 2007, repositioned as a residential block management company & grew the portfolio from 12 developments with 1,048 units in 2007 to 115 developments with more than 5,000 units by 2011. In 2012 re-positioned as a multifamily specialist & management consultancy to catch zeitgeist of the build to rent sector. Successfully sold the business to Savills 23rd June 2016 who needed the skillsets and service delivery.

The firm moved into speciality shopping centres in 1985 and honed skills in customer experience, service delivery and communication with leaseholders and customers. Director of subsidiary Equation Ltd, a Bristol retail store which was the first out of London fashion retailer of the then leading British designers such as Katherine Hamnett, Edina Ronay and Jasper Conran.
