Roger was instructed by National multifamily owner / operator to undertake review of management operations and report on future proofing and keeping them at the front of the market service delivery. A huge task undertaken with diligence and skill aligned with utilising Roger’s year’s of experience along with international understanding and delivery. The residents had an absentee landlord and no management of the block, the building was in terrible condition and a fire hazard. Roger organised the leaseholders and formed an RTM company to get them control of their management. He managed the works to resolve the immediate emergency items. Shortly thereafter, he went to County Court and secured a sale of the freehold of the block to the leaseholders.
